About the Role:

We’re growing our People Operations team and looking for a hands‑on People Operations Specialist who can support both our team leads and individual team members. This role is less about “HR administration” and more about being a supportive, process‑oriented partner who helps people understand how to run their teams, follow processes, and succeed day‑to‑day.

You’ll work closely with newly promoted team leads who are still learning how to lead, while also stepping in to support individual contributors when needed. The right person is patient, observant, and genuinely enjoys helping others grow in a remote, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with team leads to clarify their roles, responsibilities, and expectations, and help them run their departments more effectively.
  • Provide 1:1 coaching and lightweight training to help team leads build better time management, communication, delegation, and follow‑through habits.
  • Support broader team members with on‑the‑job guidance, process clarification, and behavior expectations when issues arise.
  • Work with People Operations and leadership to document and simplify processes so they’re easy for team leads and team members to follow.
  • Track and follow up on action items and commitments from team leads and key stakeholders, ensuring consistent execution.
  • Help identify patterns of behavior or process breakdowns and recommend simple, practical improvements.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication in written documentation, emails, and messages across teams.
  • Be available to support live check‑ins and meetings during core business hours with US‑based teams.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.

You must be able to:

  • Communicate clearly and confidently in video calls and 1:1 conversations with team leads.
  • Write professional, error‑free emails, documentation, and process guides in English.
  • Availability: Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM (GMT+2) on a consistent basis.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR, People Operations, talent development, coaching, or a similar people‑facing role.
  • Strong people‑skills and comfort with having honest, supportive 1:1 conversations.
  • Good at process thinking and follow‑through – you notice gaps, document them, and help close them.
  • Ability to handle sensitive people and performance topics with discretion and empathy.
  • Comfort using common tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet), chat platforms, and basic HR/People Ops systems.

Nice‑to‑Have

  • Experience supporting team leads or supervisors who are new to leadership.
  • Exposure to remote, globally distributed teams and time‑zone coordination.
  • Background in training, coaching, or mentoring employees in a corporate or customer‑service environment.
