About This Role
At Redirect Health, we believe the experience someone has joining a company matters just as much as the work they do once they arrive.
The People Operations Specialist plays a key role in attracting great people to our team and ensuring every new team member feels welcomed, supported, and excited to be here from day one.
In this role, you’ll partner with the Director of People Operations to support recruiting efforts and create an exceptional onboarding experience for new team members. You’ll help candidates navigate the hiring process, coordinate interviews, and ensure every interaction with Redirect Health reflects our culture and values.
You’ll also serve as an approachable, in-office presence for new team members—someone they can rely on for guidance as they begin their journey with the company.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:

Recruiting Support

Partner with the Director of People Operations and hiring managers to support recruiting efforts

Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling with candidates and interview teams

Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

Ensure every candidate interaction reflects a positive, professional experience

Support job posting management and recruiting coordination across roles
Onboarding & New Team Member Experience

Coordinate and lead onboarding for new team members

Ensure new team members are set up for success before their first day

Facilitate orientation and help new team members understand company culture, expectations, and resources

Serve as a welcoming point of contact for new team members as they get started

Continuously improve the onboarding experience to make it engaging, clear, and supportive
