About This Role

The People Operations Specialist plays a key role in attracting great people to our team and ensuring every new team member feels welcomed, supported, and excited to be here from day one.
In this role, you’ll partner with the Director of People Operations to support recruiting efforts and create an exceptional onboarding experience for new team members. You’ll help candidates navigate the hiring process, coordinate interviews, and ensure every interaction with Redirect Health reflects our culture and values.
You’ll also serve as an approachable, in-office presence for new team members—someone they can rely on for guidance as they begin their journey with the company.

In this role, you will:
- Recruiting Support
- Partner with the Director of People Operations and hiring managers to support recruiting efforts
- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling with candidates and interview teams
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure every candidate interaction reflects a positive, professional experience

Support job posting management and recruiting coordination across roles
- Coordinate and lead onboarding for new team members
- Ensure new team members are set up for success before their first day
- Facilitate orientation and help new team members understand company culture, expectations, and resources
- Serve as a welcoming point of contact for new team members as they get started

Continuously improve the onboarding experience to make it engaging, clear, and supportive
- Be a visible, approachable presence in the office
- Help create a welcoming and supportive environment for new and existing team members

Partner with the Director of People Operations on initiatives that strengthen team member experience and culture

- Has experience in recruiting, HR coordination, talent operations, or People Operations
- Enjoys working directly with candidates and new team members
- Is highly organized and comfortable managing multiple hiring processes

- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Takes ownership and follows through on tasks
