Key Responsibilities

* Partner with business leaders and the P&O Director to implement people strategies that enhance engagement, retention, and performance across Customer Solutions.
* Lead initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, internal communication, and sustainability to promote a collaborative and high-performing workplace.
* Build and maintain effective employee relations, providing coaching and support to managers on conflict resolution and HR best practices.
* Support the end-to-end performance management process including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and calibration sessions to ensure fairness and consistency.
* Contribute to talent management and succession planning activities by identifying high-potential employees and aligning development plans with business goals.
* Facilitate learning and development programs, individual career growth discussions, and skill gap assessments to strengthen workforce capability.
* Oversee day-to-day P&O operations ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law, internal policies, and HR governance frameworks.
* Participate in annual pay, benefits, and reward benchmarking exercises to maintain competitive and equitable compensation structures.
* Champion the Emiratisation agenda, developing initiatives that attract, retain, and grow Emirati talent in alignment with strategic workforce plans.
* Provide data-driven insights through HR analytics and dashboards to inform decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
* Support change management and organizational development projects to foster continuous improvement and cultural alignment.
* Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure seamless integration of people programs across the business.

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM preferred).
* 3 6 years of experience in HR business partnering, P&O operations, or talent management roles.
* Strong understanding of UAE labor law, compliance, and local employment practices.
* Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Proven capability in managing multiple priorities and delivering results within fast-paced environments.
* Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
* Demonstrated passion for people development, employee engagement, and workplace culture.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms.
* Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
