About the Role :



The Egypt People & Organization Head leads and executes the people strategy for the country, aligning with the overall business goals. As a strategic partner to the local leadership team, this role oversees all people-related functions - including Talent Management, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, and Compliance - to build a high performing, engaged, and future-ready workforce.



Responsibilities :



  • Develop and execute country HR strategy aligned with business objectives and global P&O direction.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the country leadership team on all people-related matters.
  • Oversee talent acquisition and workforce planning to ensure the right capabilities are in place to support growth.
  • Drive talent development and succession planning to build strong leadership and critical skills pipelines.
  • Foster a high-performance and inclusive culture, enhancing employee engagement and well-being.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and business priorities.
  • Manage people operations including compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Monitor and analyze people metrics to guide data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Champion organizational values and ethics, acting as a role model and culture ambassador.


Key to this role is balancing strategic foresight with hands-on operational excellence by driving transformation initiatives, supporting change management efforts, and ensuring HR policies and practices are effectively implemented in line with both global standards and local market needs.



Qualifications :



Language: Good command of English and fluency in Arabic



Required Skills :



  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in HR management and organizational development.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.


Preferred Skills :



  • Experience in change management and transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in a multinational organization.
