The People Operations team at Finastra provides consistent high-quality HR Services across all our global locations. Our teams are based out of Bucharest, Romania and Bengaluru, India catering to our EMEA, APAC and AMER regions respectively.

The People Payroll Analyst role within the People Operations Team is based in Bengaluru, India, and is responsible for delivering HR services for our global locations, focused on HR Input to Payroll.

Responsibilities:

• Run monthly HR reports from Workday and provide the HR input to Payroll for our global locations
• Collecting timesheet data via the ServiceNow ticketing system
• Acting as an advisor on People Payroll related queries via ServiceNow by using the guidelines and instructions available
Assist with reports during audits or annual specific processes

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of previous experience in HR Operations and/or HR input to Payroll preparation for EMEA/APAC/AMER countries
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow platforms is a plus
• Advanced MS Package office knowledge, especially Excel (pivot tables, data sorting, cell formatting, data validation, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Fluent in English, both verbally and written
• Teamwork, excellent time management skills, ability to work independently with little guidance
• Analytical mind and inclination for problem solving
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
