What you will do

Own day-to-day rewards – ensure compensation and benefits are administered accurately and on time

Drive market alignment – support salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and new hire packages

Maintain structures – keep salary scales, HRIS records, and organizational grading up to date
-
Lead recognition programs – manage benefits, retention initiatives, and employee rewards
-
Track and report – reconcile insurance and rewards transactions and deliver actionable insights
-
Support employees – serve as the key point of contact for compensation queries and ensure policy compliance
-
Contribute to governance – assist with policy development, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance

5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards in healthcare or corporate settings

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field

Expertise in deriving insights from complex data

Strong knowledge of C&B practices, salary structures, and market benchmarking

Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
