What’s The Role

The People Team Generalist supports Eleos’ people-first culture by driving recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day people operations. This role strengthens relationships, fosters trust, and ensures that employees feel supported, valued, and connected while aligning our people practices with organizational goals.

What You Will Bring to the Table

• 2–4 years of HR generalist or HR support experience.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and employment regulations.
• Knowledge of California and Federal employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on empathy and listening.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
