Overview
Hourly Rate, per Diem Attorney (Part-Time / As-Needed)

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable per diem attorney to assist with court appearances, depositions, and other legal matters on an “as-needed” basis.

Responsibilities may include:

• Court appearances (including conferences, motions, and hearings), if experience permits.
• Preparation of Pleadings (Discovery Requests, motions, etc.), if experience permits.
• Depositions and other litigation-related matters, if experience permits.
• Legal research and drafting as needed

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar
• Prior litigation or courtroom experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Compensation:
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience, and subject to ability.
