Pediatric Associates is seeking a Per Diem Pediatrician to provide coverage across our Kissimmee-area practices. This opportunity is ideal for physicians looking for maximum scheduling flexibility while continuing to practice within a well-established, physician-led pediatric organization.

You’ll have the freedom to self-schedule and select the sessions that work best for you, with the support of experienced clinical and administrative teams—so you can focus on patient care without administrative burden.

Schedule & Flexibility

• Self-scheduled per diem coverage
• Full-day or half-day sessions available
• Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Bonus opportunities available

Education, Licensure & Certification

• MD or DO
• Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Pediatrics residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Current, unrestricted Florida medical license
• Current, unrestricted Florida DEA license
