• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and other ad networks.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and native platform dashboards.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and target audiences.
• Collaborate with the content and design team to create high-performing ad creatives and copy.
• Track and report daily/weekly/monthly KPIs, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Manage budgets efficiently and ensure optimal performance across all paid campaigns.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

• Mira Road, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
