About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Performance Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our Google and Meta advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and focused on delivering high-quality leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, leads, and conversions
• Create targeted audiences and compelling ad strategies
• Track, analyze, and report daily campaign performance
• Continuously test and refine ad creatives, keywords, and targeting

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Google & Meta Ads
• Strong analytical and optimization skills
• Ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions
• Familiarity with A/B testing, tracking setups, and campaign scaling
