Performance Analyst

Job Purpose :


The Performance Analyst will play a key role in monitoring, analyzing, and improving organizational and individual employee performance within Al Khozama Investment Company. This role is responsible for collecting, evaluating, and interpreting performance data to provide actionable insights that support business objectives, enhance employee effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement across the company.


Key Responsibilities :


Organizational Performance Analysis

  • Develop, track, and report on company-wide performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of the company’s performance management framework.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports for senior management and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Benchmark company performance against industry standards and best practices.

Employee Performance Analysis

  • Support HR and line managers in tracking and evaluating employee performance.
  • Analyze performance appraisal data and recommend strategies to enhance workforce productivity.
  • Provide insights on training and development needs based on performance gaps.
  • Collaborate with HR to align employee performance outcomes with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure fairness and consistency in performance measurement and reporting.

Process Improvement & Strategy Support

  • Identify areas for process and performance improvement at both organizational and employee levels.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership to foster a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and continuous learning.








Qualification and Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Economics, or related field.
  • (3–5 years) in performance analysis, HR analytics, business analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Excel).
  • Knowledge of performance management frameworks (e.g., Balanced Scorecard, KPIs, OKRs).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (Arabic and English).
