Sales Analyst/ Sales Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the sales team by monitoring performance, analyzing data, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations. This role bridges strategy and execution, enabling the sales team to meet targets effectively.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities of the sales team.
  • Prepare and present monthly sales reports to management.
  • Develop dashboards and performance tracking systems for visibility of sales KPIs.
  • Highlight trends, gaps, and opportunities in sales performance.

KPI & Performance Management

  • Define and track KPIs for the sales team (e.g., conversion rates, lead response time, pipeline health, revenue targets).
  • Support management in setting realistic sales targets.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales efficiency.
  • Evaluate sales team performance against set goals and suggest corrective actions.

Process & Data Management

  • Manage and maintain CRM systems ensuring data accuracy.
  • Standardize reporting formats and ensure timely updates from sales staff.
  • Conduct regular audits of sales data to ensure integrity and compliance.
  • Coordinate with finance and operations for alignment of sales records and invoices.

Support to Sales Team

  • Assist sales team with pipeline tracking and forecasting.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support sales strategy development.
  • Coordinate with marketing for lead generation activities and reporting ROI.
  • Support onboarding and training of new sales team members on sales processes and CRM.

Market & Business Insights

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Provide management with actionable insights for product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports for management decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in Sales Operations / Sales Analyst role (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills; knowledge of BI tools is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
