RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using analytics, research methodologies, and root cause analysis techniques.
- Develop and implement data analysis processes, leveraging data collection systems and strategies to align with RDMC’s performance vision.
- Prepare, analyze, and summarize weekly, monthly, and periodic operational results for key stakeholders, presenting findings through reports, specifications, instructions, and flowcharts.
- Provide timely dashboards, performance synthesis reports, and other analytical outputs to support decision-making.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Identify meaningful trends and opportunities across RDMC activities through comprehensive analyses.
- Collaborate with management in regular meetings to assess operational challenges, propose solutions, and drive improvements.
- Carry out continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with the management system.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual and internal performance requirements.
Process Optimization & KPI Development
- Develop actionable roadmaps to enhance workflows, streamline processes, and improve efficiency.
- Establish, monitor, and organize KPIs to support internal objectives and external stakeholder expectations.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent field.
KNOWLEDGE:
- Strong ability to understand and interpret complex systems, with adaptability to learn new software applications.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Databases, Python).
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Qlik Sense and Power BI.
- Solid understanding of data modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with analytical methods and their practical applications.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in data analysis and performance improvement activities.
- Practical experience with statistical and numerical analysis techniques.
