Performance Analyst

Job Purpose

The Business Performance Analyst supports the tracking and reporting of business performance by following up on KPIs, dashboards, initiatives, and ongoing activities . The role focuses on data collection, dashboard updates, and performance reporting to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and track KPIs and performance data from different teams.
• Update and maintain dashboards and performance reports (Power BI / Excel).
• Support the follow-up of initiatives and activities against timelines.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports .
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of reported data.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect updates and resolve data gaps.
• Support management with clear and structured performance information.

Requirements

• +2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or performance tracking .
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of KPIs and dashboards .
• Experience with Power BI and/or Excel .
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
