Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end category performance across sales, margin, and profitability KPIs.
- Build and execute category strategies to ensure the best assortment, pricing, and availability.
- Drive promotional planning and campaigns in collaboration with marketing and commercial teams.
- Monitor daily performance, identify gaps, and take proactive actions to achieve targets.
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate best terms to maximize value.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve overall customer experience.
Job Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Category Management / Commercial / Performance roles (preferably in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG).
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Experience in handling fast-paced environments with a performance-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Data tools; experience with BI platforms is a plus.
