The Paid Search & Social Manager will join our rapidly growing team remotely.

We’re looking for a Paid Search & Social Manager to drive measurable growth across our digital channels — with a heavy emphasis on SEM, paid social media, ROI optimization, and full-funnel performance marketing. You’ll own the strategy, execution, and continual optimization of campaigns with the clear goal of customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.

The annual base pay for this role is between $75 - $105K depending on experience (+ annual bonus plan).
What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute a full-funnel performance marketing strategy focused on acquisition and lead conversion with a heavy focus on ROI.

Oversee the company’s digital presence—ensuring brand consistency, technical accuracy, and compelling storytelling.

Provide relevant and impactful insights into Auto Approve’s online presence, website, and digital customer experience.

Lead paid media campaigns across all digital channels, social media, SEO, SEM, etc, with a strict focus on cost-per-lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Manage and optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI across social, search, display, retargeting, and affiliate channels.

Analyze performance data to drive insights, improve targeting, messaging, and budget allocation.

Partner with creative teams to develop and test high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels.

Support affiliate performance and digital partnerships through paid strategies and integrated campaigns.

Own campaign A/B testing, conversion tracking, attribution setup, and post-campaign analysis.

Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, digital trends, and emerging ad tech tools to maintain a competitive edge.

Deep expertise in PPC strategy, including keyword research, compelling ad copywriting, bid strategy management, and ongoing campaign optimization.

Manage relationships with media vendors, platforms, and affiliate networks.
What You’ll Need:

3-5 years of experience in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Google Analytics, YouTube, TikTok Ads, and performance dashboards.

3–5 years of hands-on experience in paid media strategy, performance marketing, and/or digital growth — ideally in B2C, fintech, or high-volume lead generation.

Proven ability to manage multi-channel paid marketing budgets and optimize spend toward aggressive KPIs.

Strong understanding of digital attribution, funnel metrics, pixel/tracking setup, and conversion rate optimization.

Highly analytical — able to translate campaign data into business outcomes and clear next steps.

Experience collaborating with designers and copywriters to test performance-driven creatives.

Comfortable in a high-growth, results-driven environment where agility and execution matter.

The ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize effectively, and drive execution independently.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are variable and based on business need. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Physical Requirements: This position is indoors. Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period. May be asked to lift approximately 25 lbs. Exposure to moderate noise and light, i.e business office with computers, phone, printers, light foot traffic.
