Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Performance Briefing Analyst will be to support the Performance Management department with a wide range of written and visual briefing materials. This is a highly visible role that works with individuals throughout the company including senior leadership, operational leaders, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to compile, edit, review, and produce executive-level presentations. Work products vary from contract-required briefings, internal performance updates, leadership decks, and performance summary reports. Must be able to synthesize material from multiple sources into one cohesive, accurate, and visually aligned format.

Working Conditions
