We are CodeCruze, a fast-growing Software & Digital Marketing company located in 5th Settlement.

Job Brief:

Our company is looking for a creative and detail-oriented  Performance Content Creator . You will be responsible for developing ideas, writing scripts, and creating content that aligns with our clients' brands and marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies and calendars aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Create various types of content, including posts, scripts, Reels, TikToks, and ad copies tailored for each platform.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas.
• Write compelling scripts for both short-form and long-form video content.
• Ensure all content is grammatically correct and follows Arabic and English language best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends on TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on data and audience feedback.
• Adapt messaging and visuals to fit different audiences and platforms.
• Perform market research, analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content pieces.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketer, or other relevant role.
• Experience with e-commerce.
• Good command of English.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Creative and out-of-the-box thinker.
• Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated.

Location : 5th Settlement (hybrid)

Working Hours : 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Friday & Saturday are off.
