About the role

The Performance Engineer is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the operational performance of the solar PV plant to ensure maximum energy yield, efficiency, and availability in line with contractual (PPA) and technical targets.

Duties and responsibilities

• Monitoring PV plant performance to ensure peak efficiency

• Reviewing performance and capacity tests.

• Capturing and reporting deviations in performance

• Analyzing data and developing performance optimization plan

• Supporting O&M team to troubleshoot performance issues by

• Optimizing plant design and operation for maximum output.

• Preparing performance reports for internal teams and stakeholders.

• Collaborating with engineering, EPC, and O&M teams.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Creating invoices and handling related submittal with offtaker

• Preparing performance PPT and related reports

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or renewable energy
• Experience in power plant or PV solar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills for technical reporting
• For Layla PV, preferred to be from Al-Aflaj area
• For Arras PV, preferred to be from Alqasim area
