Your Journey Begins With a Unique Role ✈️

• Establish, implement, and continuously improve the company-wide performance management system, including goal setting, evaluation, feedback, and development planning,
• Design, monitoring and evolving KPI frameworks for both organizational and individual performance,
• Coordinate the creation of KPI systems across business units and conduct regular performance measurement and evaluation cycles,
• Develop models that integrate performance results with organizational development, compensation, promotion, and career planning systems,
• Analyze workforce metrics such as turnover rate, productivity, cost, talent, and performance indicators under HR analytics and provide periodic reports to management,
• Design and manage analytical tools and visual reporting systems (e.g., dashboards) to generate insights from HR data,
• Ensure the integration of performance data into annual salary increase, budgeting, and cost analysis processes,
• Build & maintain dashboards and reports via Power BI / Tableau to provide real-time insight into performance trends,
• Lead training and communication initiatives to foster a company-wide performance culture,
• Prepare semi-annual and annual reports for management, reflecting departmental efficiency and effectiveness,

• Preferably bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or related analytic fields,
• 10+ years of experience in Performance Management and HR Analytics, preferably within a data-driven HR environment,
• End-to-end responsibility for corporate & individual performance management and analytics
• Leading efforts to optimize performance processes, implement automation and ensure data quality across HR systems
• Collaborates with the leadership team and business units to turn data into actionable insights and performance improvement initiatives.
• Highly organized and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and drive to resolve issues,
• Ability to think outside the box with a growth mindset,
• Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills,
• Well-developed team leadership and project coordination abilities,
• Proficiency in HR reports, HR softwares, MS Office applications, SAP HRM Module,
• Excellent command of English,
