About the Role


You will be responsible for monitoring and managing the company’s digital and traditional reputation, identifying risks early, coordinating cross-functional responses, and providing management with regular reputation insights and reports.


What You’ll Do

• Monitor online content about the company, brand and executives (social media, news, forums, review sites).

• Detect misleading, defamatory or harmful posts and gather evidence securely.

• Classify findings by impact level; recommend actions or escalations.

• Manage content removal/reporting processes on platforms such as Meta, X, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok.

• Work closely with Legal and Communications teams on official complaints, statements or corrections.

• Manage user review platforms (Şikayetvar, Google Reviews) and accelerate resolution processes.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reputation reports (reputation score, sentiment ratio, trends, crisis insights).

• Contribute to AI/automation-based monitoring system improvements.

• Support the Crisis Committee during crisis situations.


What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering fields.

• 5+ years of experience in social media analytics, digital monitoring or reputation management.

• Strong knowledge of platform APIs, monitoring tools, reporting and complaint workflows.

• Understanding of sentiment analysis, topic classification and trend analytics.

• Awareness of legal processes related to defamation, slander and content removal.

• Advanced Excel and analytical tool proficiency.

• Completed military service (for male candidates).

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, teamwork and result-oriented mindset.
