The Performance Manager plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across the metro network during its Operations & Maintenance (O&M) phase. This role is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on performance-related activities, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to ensure service quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on performance-related activities across the metro O&M operations.
  • Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess service delivery, operational efficiency, and contractor performance.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and strategic planning for metro operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and O&M Contractors to ensure alignment with performance targets and contractual obligations.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and documentation to support regular reviews and audits.
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions or improvement initiatives.
  • Support the Employer in performance reviews, compliance assessments, and stakeholder reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in data analysis, performance monitoring, and report writing, preferably within transport or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in performance measurement tools and techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable format.
  • Experience in working with large datasets, performance frameworks, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Familiarity with metro or railway operations and maintenance environments.
  • Knowledge of performance management systems and contract compliance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
