JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY


The performance manager will have to manage the performance for Outbound Logistics for MEA.

The activity will be based on 2 main axes:

  • To monitorize the performance of the LPs
  • To monitorize the performance of MEA OBL ( operational and cost)


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To follow the LPs KPIs .
  • To validate KPIs internally and externally and to communicate them with the action plan.
  • To create new LP KPIs according to the needs and priorities.
  • To manage ICT and OBT for an efficient management of the KPIs and Performance
  • To create the processus in order to measure the performance of MEA operational teams (Outbound/Vehicle Logistics)
  • To measure and report the KPIs for the operational teams performance.
  • To take the lead on the cost gouveranance and consolidate/follow the actions in order to rech OBL target cost per CBU.
  • To build the strategy for a continous performance improvement.
  • Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process and strategy alignment across the supply chain
  • Process Optimization: Apply advanced analytics to continually enhance the supply chain, logistics processes, and operational efficiencies.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot logistics-related challenges

COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Engineering or Economics
  • Work Experience: min 3 years of Logistics (preferably Veh. Log.)
  • Language: English
  • Preferred Skills & Abilities: Analytical Approach, Team Coordination, Time Management
  • Personal Traits: Professional Networking and Multi Cultural Approach
