Key Responsibilities
- Performance Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, YouTube, and others).
- Set up and manage campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track, measure, and report campaign performance using GA4, Google Data Studio, and other analytics tools.
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and placements to improve performance (A/B testing, funnel analysis).
- Budget & ROI Optimization
- Allocate and manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and cost-per-acquisition.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance insights with recommendations.
- Keyword & Audience Strategy
- Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation for targeted advertising.
- Use tools like SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, and Ahrefs for campaign optimization.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with the content, SEO, design, and sales teams to align messaging and ensure funnel consistency.
- Assist with remarketing strategies, landing page improvements, and campaign creatives.
✅ Requirements
- Experience: 2–4 years in performance marketing with proven campaign results.
- Platforms: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Tools: Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Google Data Studio.
- Skills: Data-driven mindset, attention to detail, ability to analyze and improve ROAS.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising/Business or related field. Google/META certifications preferred.
- Bonus: Experience in wellness, Ayurveda, or healthcare sector.
