Performance Marketer

🚨 We’re Hiring – Performance Marketing Specialist (Fashion Industry Only) 🚨

Location: On-site (Lahore)

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who has proven expertise in the fashion industry only. The ideal candidate should be capable of:

• Building fashion brands from scratch through digital marketing.

• Scaling already running fashion brands to higher ROAS and conversions.

• Planning and executing high-performing ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google, and Snapchat.

• Analyzing KPIs, optimizing campaigns, and delivering measurable results.

Requirements:

✅ Only candidates with direct fashion niche experience should apply.

✅ Must attach screenshots of recent campaign work with complete KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA, etc.).

✅ Strong understanding of fashion consumer behavior, seasonal buying trends, and digital ad funnels.

✅ Ability to create strategies for both brand awareness and sales conversions.

Compensation:

💰 Fixed salary of Rs. 60,000 – Rs. 70,000

💡 Additional performance-based incentives tied to KPIs (ROAS, CTR, Conversions).
