6th Sense Marketing Agency is a performance-driven digital agency specializing in Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads, Shopify store development, and brand storytelling. We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer with a proven track record in managing and scaling paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Manage ad budgets, monitor KPIs, and maximize ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation for better performance.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing.
• Strong track record of running high-performing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Hands-on experience with ad managers, analytics tools, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to manage budgets up to Rs. 1M+ per month.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
