About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Performance Marketeer to join our growing team. The incumbent will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple paid channels with a strong focus on driving measurable results. The role demands proficiency in performance marketing platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools to ensure effective ROI and business growth.

Hybrid work mode- 3 days work from office and 3 days work from Home

Key Responsibilities

● Strategize, plan, and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

● Manage Email Marketing and WhatsApp Marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention.

● Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring alignment with business KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.

● Conduct regular A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.

● Utilize GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and other analytics tools to track, measure, and report performance.

● Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive campaign outcomes.

● Stay abreast of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to optimize strategy and execution.

Skills & Qualifications

● Strong expertise in managing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn platforms.

● Hands-on experience with Email and WhatsApp marketing tools.

● Proficiency in campaign tracking and analytics tools such as GA4 and Microsoft Clarity.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

● Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.

● Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile

● Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in performance marketing.

● Demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes through digital campaigns.

● Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with mandatory office presence (3 days/week) in Gurgaon.

● Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and result-driven professional.

Location – Gurgaon, Haryana

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
