About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer with strong experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns for the Saudi market. The ideal candidate is currently based in Egypt but has a solid understanding of the Saudi digital landscape, consumer behavior, and advertising platforms .Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, LinkedIn).
Drive ROI-focused campaigns tailored for the Saudi audience, including lead generation, conversions, and e-commerce sales.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the Saudi market.
Develop, test, and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels to improve performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS).
Manage and monitor campaign budgets, ensuring maximum return on investment.
Create detailed performance reports and dashboards to track KPIs and share insights with the management team.
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with brand objectives.
Stay updated on Saudi digital advertising regulations, platforms, and audience behaviors.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with proven success in the Saudi market.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, etc.).
Solid understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and funnel optimization.
Experience with A/B testing, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work independently while aligning with regional marketing strategies.
