Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient CPL/CPA performance.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy testing.
- Track and analyze performance metrics using Google Ads, GA4, and Looker Studio.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve campaign ROI.
- Collaborate with design/content teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.
- A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to enhance funnel performance.
- Stay updated on new Google Ads features, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax).
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and remarketing.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, GA4, and Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.
- Experience in healthcare, D2C, or service-based performance marketing is a plus.
