Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient CPL/CPA performance.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy testing.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics using Google Ads, GA4, and Looker Studio.
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with design/content teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.
  • A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to enhance funnel performance.
  • Stay updated on new Google Ads features, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax).
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and remarketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, GA4, and Tag Manager.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.
  • Experience in healthcare, D2C, or service-based performance marketing is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
