Performance Marketer

Parny is the AI native platform for on-call management, incident response, uptime monitoring and real-time infrastructure visibility. It includes built-in service dependency mapping that protects availability and empowers modern tech teams to operate with confidence.

We are looking for a Performance Marketer to join our Growth Squad.

What You'll Do

• Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn and other B2B channels.
• Test creative ideas and optimize landing experiences for conversions.
• Track and improve metrics such as CTR, CAC, ROAS and funnel efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Lead on experiments and top-of-funnel strategy.
• Use analytics tools like GA4, HubSpot and Looker Studio to guide decisions.

Who You Are

• You have 2–4 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, ideally in SaaS.
• You’re data-driven, curious and love testing new ideas.
• You can balance creative thinking with analytical execution.
• Experience with HubSpot or growth analytics tools is a plus.
