Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to lead paid advertising, lead generation, and ROI-focused digital campaigns. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in running high-converting performance campaigns for real estate or logistics businesses, with strong analytical, optimization, and audience targeting capabilities. This role demands strategic planning, experimentation, and a deep understanding of funnel-based marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Build high-performance acquisition funnels tailored for real estate or logistics lead-generation models.
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify insights, and prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports.
- Collaborate with creative, social, and sales teams to align campaign objectives.
- Implement retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion-driven strategies.
- Optimize landing pages and ad creatives for improved lead quality.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Ensure accurate tracking through Pixel, GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–6+ years of proven performance marketing experience, preferably in real estate or logistics industries.
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with command over CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion optimization.
- Experience designing and managing lead funnels for high-ticket services (property, logistics, B2B, etc.).
- Ability to manage high budgets and deliver ROI-focused results.
- Excellent communication and data interpretation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Knowledge of landing page builders (Webflow, WordPress, Elementor).
- Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and automation workflows.
- Strong understanding of market segmentation & audience behavior.
