Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract high-quality leads.
- Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and monitor campaign performance to ensure optimal ROI.
- Manage A/B testing, budget allocation, and bid strategies for continuous improvement.
- Track, measure, and report campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop compelling creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google and Meta ads management.
- Proven track record in lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and related tools.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads or YouTube Ads (a plus).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Google Ads and/or Meta Ads certification preferred.
