Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract high-quality leads.
  • Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and monitor campaign performance to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Manage A/B testing, budget allocation, and bid strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Track, measure, and report campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop compelling creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google and Meta ads management.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and conversion optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and related tools.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads or YouTube Ads (a plus).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Ads certification preferred.
