Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day optimization and campaign execution for portfolio companies across Paid
channels
Aids Senior Performance Marketing Manager in strategy development and execution against
business KPIs.
Collaborate on planning and execution of email campaigns and automated journeys
Monitor site conversion and coordinate with dev + eComm team on potential enhancements
Assists in larger data analysis projects, both media and non-media
Aid in email marketing templatization and campaign execution
Owns weekly insights & reporting
Skills / Competencies
Experience in brand management, brand/media strategy, and direct-response marketing
Key platform knowledge: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, DV360, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest, Criteo,
Google Analytics (Analytics 360), Google Tag Manager
Experience in executing and evaluating the success of Email marketing campaigns
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Entrepreneurial mindset
Qualifications
BA/BS degree
Strong proficiency in excel and data analysis is a must
2+ years in a paid marketing/media buyer role
Bonus
Proficiencies in: SQL, HTML5, Javascript
Experience with Klaviyo, SalesForce Marketing Cloud
Looker (or other data visualization software)
Google Data Studio
Understanding of SEO principles

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
