We’re looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive e-commerce growth through optimized advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other leading digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketing expert with a proven track record of improving online sales through strategic targeting and creative A/B testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other ad platforms.
• Manage and allocate daily budgets, set bids, and strategically target audiences to maximize performance and returns on ad spend (ROAS).
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, leveraging data to continuously improve ROI and drive e-commerce sales.
• Collaborate with the creative and product teams to create effective ad visuals, landing pages, and promotional materials.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure campaigns are always optimized for success.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of performance marketing experience, preferably within e-commerce.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
• Experience with key tracking and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Pixel, UTM) and proficiency in A/B testing.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
