Job description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital customer acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in running high-performing ad campaigns, with deep expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and Google Analytics. Experience in the D2C or e- commerce space, particularly in men’s wellness or personal care, will be a strong advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid media platforms.

· Manage and allocate monthly marketing budgets effectively to achieve target

Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

· Perform ongoing A/B testing, analyze campaign performance, and implement data-driven optimizations.

· Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce compelling ad creatives and copy tailored for various customer segments.

· Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.

· Stay up to date with the latest platform updates, advertising trends, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

· Required for 3 to 3 + yearsof hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably within

D2C or e-commerce sectors.

· Proven success in managing and scaling paid ad campaigns across Google and

Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign data and optimize accordingly.

· Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.

· Solid understanding of digital funnels, attribution, and customer journey optimization.

Desired Skills s Experience:

· Experience working with D2C brands, especially in men’s wellness, personal care, or health s wellness categories.

· Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies is a plus.

· Google Ads and Meta certifications preferred.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional projects
