Are you a results-oriented, data-driven marketer passionate about scaling digital campaigns and driving measurable growth? SpixHost is seeking a motivated Performance Marketer with a minimum 1 year of hands-on experience to manage and optimize our digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of digital marketing and social media management, including content scheduling, optimization, and distribution across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok).
  • Lead and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns, ensuring measurable sales and engagement results.
  • Maintain and manage company’s social media presence across various platforms, monitoring performance metrics and audience sentiment.
  • Analyze and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and platform-specific insights to refine strategies.
  • Set, track, and achieve digital marketing goals with a strong focus on ROI and growth.
  • Collaborate on asset creation, including social media designs, video production, and copywriting.
  • Stay current on industry trends, digital tools, and social media best practices to adapt campaigns for optimal performance.
  • Monitor online reputation, brand awareness, and sentiment to keep the brand’s digital presence aligned with customer expectations.

Skills:

  • Solid experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Snapchat, TikTok, and WooCommerce.
  • Extensive knowledge in performance marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results via strategic campaigns.
  • Experience in content creation, social media copywriting, and asset production (designs, video content).
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom) and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro) for high-quality content creation.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and creative skills with a focus on clear storytelling.
  • A dedicated and collaborative team player who can also work autonomously.
  • Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of online marketing trends, audience behavior, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience working with hand goods or physical product sales, with an ability to adapt digital marketing strategies to tangible goods.

Education:

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Preferred: Specialization in digital marketing, relevant certifications.
  • 4 years minimum with an excellent track record
