We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in paid ads, data analysis, and conversion optimization, with a focus on driving measurable growth and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Manage budgets and ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI and cost efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions).
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages.
- Optimize funnels to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
- Work closely with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Implement and manage tracking pixels, events, and attribution models.
- Stay updated with latest trends, platform updates, and performance strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics.
- Experience with budget management and campaign scaling.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CRM systems.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
