Performance Marketer

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale our digital advertising campaigns for automotive and import-related services.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in:

• Facebook & Instagram Ads
• Google Ads
• Lead Generation Campaigns
• Conversion Tracking
• Audience Targeting
• Retargeting Campaigns
• Performance Optimization
• Performance Metrics (CPL, ROAS, Etc)

You will be responsible for generating quality leads, improving ROAS, and scaling our online presence in Pakistan and international markets.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Run Google Search and Display Ads
• Generate leads through WhatsApp and website forms
• Install and manage Meta Pixel & Google Analytics
• Optimize campaigns for lower CPL and higher ROAS
• Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
• Create retargeting campaigns
• Monitor daily ad performance and prepare reports
• Suggest creative ideas for ad videos and graphics

Requirements

• Proven experience in performance marketing
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
• Experience with Google Ads
• Knowledge of conversion tracking and analytics
• Ability to scale profitable campaigns
• Experience in automotive or e-commerce industry is a plus
• Good communication and reporting skills

• TikTok Ads experience
• Canva or creative direction skills
• Landing page optimization
• WhatsApp lead campaigns
• International campaign experience (UK, UAE, Pakistan & Etc )

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
