Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Multi – Channel Performance Marketing Expert to own and scale paid acquisition across the USA and global markets.

Your mission: Drive high-quality B2B leads for apparel/OEM manufacturing and deliver profitable B2C e-commerce sales.This is a performance-only role. We measure success by leads, sales, and ROAS — not vanity metrics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Growth

· Develop and execute full-funnel, multi-channel growth strategies for USA + international markets

· Identify the best-fit platforms by product, audience, and objective for both B2B and B2C

· Generate qualified B2B leads and drive profitable e-commerce sales

2. Campaign Management

· Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, Quora

· Manage programmatic, retargeting, influencer, affiliate, email, SMS, SEO, and marketplace promotions

· Build high-converting landing pages, lead forms, and sales funnels

3. Tracking & Analytics

· Set up and manage GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API for full attribution

· Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages

· Control budgets and scale winning campaigns profitably

· Submit weekly performance reports: Leads, Sales, CPL, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Revenue

4. Collaboration

· Work closely with designers, video creators, web developers, and sales to align messaging

· Conduct audience, keyword, competitor, and market research

Requirements

· 5+ years in performance marketing with proven results in the USA market

· Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads + at least 2 other paid platforms

· Proven experience in B2B lead generation AND B2C e-commerce acquisition

· Experience with Shopify, WordPress, CRM, and marketing automation tools

· Expert in GA4, tracking setup, and data-driven optimization

· Strong analytical mindset with excellent reporting and problem-solving skills

· Ability to build channel-specific strategies — no copy-paste campaigns

· E. Commerce Marketing and Copywriting
