About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience managing paid advertising campaigns, optimizing social media performance, and generating leads through digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

* Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google Ads.

* Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.

* Analyze key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPM, and ROAS.

* Create audience targeting strategies and retargeting campaigns.

* Coordinate with the content team to develop engaging ad creatives.

* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

* Stay updated with the latest social media and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

* 1+ year of experience in Social Media Marketing or Performance Marketing.

* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

* Strong analytical and reporting skills.

* Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or other creative tools.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
