Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across Meta and Google Ads platforms.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities and benchmarks for successful campaigns.
- Create and present detailed ad execution plans, including budget allocation, targeting strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the creative team to convey ad requirements, ensuring the development of compelling and effective ad creatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends, algorithm updates and new features in Meta and Google Ads to continually improve campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Bachelors or Master degree in relevant field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of GAK, GTM, Google search console & MailChimp.
- Understanding of ROAS, CPC, CTR.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with creative teams and present plans and reports to stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Salary: Rs. 70K - 100K
