Position: Performance Marketer
Industry: Women’s Fashion Clothing / E-commerce
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns for our women’s fashion clothing brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, conversions, and revenue through data-driven advertising strategies across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other performance platforms
- Manage budgets, bids, targeting, and creatives to maximize ROAS
- Monitor daily performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, and revenue
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, landing pages, and creatives
- Coordinate with design, content, and fashion teams for ad creatives and campaign concepts
- Analyze customer behavior and funnel performance to improve conversion rates
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Track pixel, events, and conversions to ensure accurate data reporting
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Ensure all campaigns align with brand identity and seasonal fashion launches
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing (fashion or e-commerce preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
- Understanding of e-commerce funnels and customer journey
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into performance improvements
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in women’s fashion or lifestyle brands
- Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and retargeting
- Familiarity with influencer or UGC-driven ad strategies
