Job Description – Performance Marketer

Reports To: Business Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimise paid digital marketing campaigns that drive website traffic, lead generation, customer acquisition, and online sales for our women's fashion and textile clothing brand. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics, conversion optimization, and e-commerce marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
  • Develop customer acquisition and retargeting campaigns.

E-commerce Growth

  • Drive online sales and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) and improve conversion rates.
  • Implement remarketing and retention campaigns to increase repeat purchases.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to improve website performance and customer journey.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics including ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, and Revenue.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and other analytical tools.

Audience & Market Research

  • Identify target audiences and customer segments.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Content & Creative Collaboration

  • Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators to develop high-performing ad creatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably within fashion, apparel, textile, or e-commerce brands.
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation.
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
