Role Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving lead generation through Google Ads, managing our website, and developing effective landing pages. If you’re passionate about digital marketing and eager to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Create, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads and improve ROI.
• Oversee website content, performance, and updates to ensure optimal user experience and alignment with marketing goals.
• Design and implement landing pages that effectively convert visitors into leads, utilizing A/B testing and analytics to refine strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing (preferably Dubai Real Estate)

Skills:

• Lead generation through various marketing strategies and campaigns
• Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly with Google Ads and website management.
• Strong understanding of landing page best practices and conversion optimization.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
