Emeralds Media is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Team Lead with strong expertise in Performance Marketing, SEO, and Website Management.

We are seeking a strategic thinker who can lead digital operations, scale paid campaigns, optimize website performance, and drive measurable growth.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will manage multi-channel performance campaigns, oversee SEO strategies, supervise digital teams, and ensure our websites deliver seamless user experience with high conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO)
Manage website performance, UI/UX improvements & backend coordination
Monitor ROI, conversions & campaign analytics with detailed reporting
Implement A/B testing & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Supervise digital marketing team & coordinate with developers
Stay updated with latest digital trends & advertising policies

Required Skills

Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics & GTM
Expertise in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow)
Strong analytical & data interpretation skills
Leadership & project management expertise
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (Preferred)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Marketing, Business, CS or related field
Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience (2+ years in leadership role)
Proven track record in scaling paid campaigns & improving website performance
