Performance Marketing and Growth Manager

Plan, execute and optimize Google ads and Meta for sales and ROI.

Create ad creatives.

Write high converting ad copies, headlines and CTAs.

Maintain and update website (product uploads, pricing, banners)

Ensure Website is fast, error free and mobile friendly.

Drive online sales and store walkins.

Run retargeting and remarketing campaigns.

Track performance using Google Analytic, pixels and conversions.

Share weekely performance reports.

Manage basic SEO on page.

SUggest growth and scaling strategies

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹1,500.00 - ₹2,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
