Performance Marketing Associate

At Vyro.ai, we are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Associate for our digital marketing initiatives. You will drive web growth and revenue through strategic campaign management, data-driven optimization, and staying up-to-date in the fast-paced AI industry. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in line with business objectives.
• Campaign Management: Lead advertising campaigns across platforms (Google, Bing, Reddit, LinkedIn) to maximize subscriptions, revenue, and ROI.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, ROI), and perform budget optimizations with controlled CPA, making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
• User Journey Optimization: Improve the user journey to increase adoption of premium users and drive higher revenue.
• Creative & Trend-Driven Marketing: Generate creative marketing ideas and stay up-to-date with market trends to ensure campaigns resonate in the fast-evolving AI industry.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, development, and product teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing execution.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience managing successful global digital marketing campaigns, specifically for web acquisition.
• Proficiency in GA4, Mixpanel, Firebase, and marketing automation tools for performance tracking and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
• Hands-on experience with basic Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and basic SQL for data querying and reporting.
• Experience with keyword research tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Keyword Planner.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
