Performance Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms to meet client objectives.
  • Monitor key metrics like CTR, ROAS, and CPL; analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with the creative team to conceptualize and deliver engaging ad creatives, copy, and visuals aligned with brand messaging.
  • Segment and refine target audiences for better relevance and higher engagement rates.
  • Strategically allocate and monitor ad spend to maximize campaign effectiveness while staying within budget constraints.
  • Lead structured experiments to test different creatives, messages, and targeting strategies, using learnings to enhance campaign outcomes.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to clients and internal teams, providing actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing performance campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Background in creative, advertising, marketing, or data-driven environments preferred.
  • Proven experience handling advertising budgets in lakhs and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams and reporting to clients and stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and passion for delivering measurable results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
