Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms to meet client objectives.
- Monitor key metrics like CTR, ROAS, and CPL; analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Partner with the creative team to conceptualize and deliver engaging ad creatives, copy, and visuals aligned with brand messaging.
- Segment and refine target audiences for better relevance and higher engagement rates.
- Strategically allocate and monitor ad spend to maximize campaign effectiveness while staying within budget constraints.
- Lead structured experiments to test different creatives, messages, and targeting strategies, using learnings to enhance campaign outcomes.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to clients and internal teams, providing actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing performance campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Background in creative, advertising, marketing, or data-driven environments preferred.
- Proven experience handling advertising budgets in lakhs and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams and reporting to clients and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and passion for delivering measurable results.
