Job Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, execution-focused, and capable of driving measurable growth through performance channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other performance platforms.
• Monitor and optimise campaigns daily to improve ROI, CPA, CPL, CTR, and ROAS.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective spend allocation.
• Create and test ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages in coordination with design and content teams.
• Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Track conversions using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Identify new growth opportunities through audience targeting, creatives, and channels.
• Stay updated with platform policies, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Basic understanding of conversion tracking, landing pages, and funnel optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and execution discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or app marketing.
• Familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools, and marketing automation.
• Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and remarketing strategies.
